Strategy & Business Planning in the Corporate Finance Division was my second 6 months project under the ELP program.Conducted detailed study on the cloud computing market & performed business performance analysis to venture into this segment for corporate leasing business. The findings & recommendations were presented to the CCO, CFD.Liaised with Tata Consultancy and Tata Communications to further explore synergy opportunities to generate leasing business.

In 2015 I was selected for company's talent pool - Emerging Leader Program(ELP) 2014-15.In this program we had 2 cross functional assignments for 6 months each.Office Of Strategic Management (OSM) was my first 6 months assignment. In this we conducted first ever organization wide productivity study at Tata Capital. In this we prepared implementation planof the company on productivity mapping and improvement across various products & geographies.

I joined Tata Capital Ltd. in July' 2012 as Graduate Trainee.
