Started off my HR career by handling learning and organizational development, followed by employee engagement activities such as performance recognitions and training & orientations. Making sure to keep my hands full by performing additional tasks such as employee exit interviews, annual performance analysis for appraisals, attendance, etc. As HRBP I like to fulfil my client's requirements whether it's related to recruiting new candidates, evaluating performances, or planning business strategies. For employees, my key role is to handle their grievances, making sure to plan their quarterly engagement activities, handling their day-to-day operational queries, and preparing TNAs to make sure that their learning never stops.
