Key responsibilities are:o Manage and ensure smooth running of projects. o Project planning and management, analyze stake holders, conduct monitoring and evaluation. o Supervise sectorial studies. sector mapping, potential industries identification, gap analysis and finding remedies and solutions in both Industrial and Service Sector. o Develop Concept notes, Feasibility studies, Business Plans, monitoring and evaluation plan.Current Projectso Implementation of National Strategic Programme for Acquisition of Industrial technology NSPAIT projecto Conducting Feasibility study on need of NAPHTHA Cracking Complex and Semiconductor Technology in Pakistan.Major Projects successfully completed:o Developed and designed "National Strategic Programme for Acquisition of Industrial Technology (NSPAIT)" directly under the supervision of Prime Minister Task Force on Technology Driven Knowledge Economy. This project will help Pakistan in becoming knowledge based economy like Korea, Malaysia etc. The project aims to enhance capabilities of underutilized and underperforming existing government institutes/centers. 12 Feasibility Studies conducted in different industrial sectors. o Developed “Industrial Technology Acquisition Policy 2018-23” for the development of industrial sector. The policy is under consideration in Planning Commission of Pakistan.o Developed and designed "Industrial Designing and Automation Centers (IDAC)". The project objective is to establish 6 centers that will facilitate industries in designing, Scanning, Prototyping and automation. The center will be in capacity of conducting reverse engineering on any product. The project is expected to initiate in FY 2019-20o Developed and designed “Footwear Cluster Development Centre (FCDC)”. The project objective is to establish a common facility center (CFC) that will facilitate industries in designing, Scanning and Prototyping footwear. The project is expected to initiate in FY 2019-20.

This project included the installation of solar power system along with civil work at 50 posts scattered all over Pakistan o Managed the installation of solar power system along with civil works at 348 PHP (Patrolling Highway Police) posts all over Punjab. The project was owned by of DOM (Directorate of Monitoring) o Lead Solar Tube-well Project in Punjab.it is Pakistan’s first Solar Tube-well Govt.Project. o Solar Street Light Project in District MandiBuhauddin, Pakistan.
