I have 14 years of experience working with both private and public sectors organizations with association at national and international level. I have developed and implemented several technology led development projects based on industrial sectors including Light engineering, Chemicals & Petroleum, Electronics, Footwear, Cutlery, Surgical, Ceramics, Automation, IT etc. I also have experience of developing skill based development centers in various sectors including to ensure sustainability.Currently, I am working as MM Manager (TDF) at Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan an autonomous body working to uplift the higher education system in Pakistan under the direct supervision of Government of Pakistan. Currently I am looking after the Technology Development Fund (TDF) project at HEC through which 200 industry academia led innovative projects were awarded and monitored. These projects have been able to register over 50 patents till now, establish 15 plus startups and 160 plus licensing with industrial sector.I have also experience working with Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) a subsidiary of MoIP as Manager (R&D/TUG Department) and Gondal Solar Technologies and renewable energy provider company as Project Engineer. Consultancy and Advisory Services I have designed and developed many innovative and unique projects out of which 6 Common Facility Centres(CFCs)/Technology Upgradation Centres (TUCs) are under implementation in Pakistan namely (FCDC, IDACs (in Lahore, Karachi and Sialkot), SCDS, TURC).
