Due to Pandemic collection was hampered so planned for recovery and successfully increased collection ratio in Odisha and CG. 30% collection was done through client CSP and 65% field csp deposit happened. Through this risk was minimize of staffs in field. Through CSP deposit major aim was to 100% cashless collection in field so that risk factors like robbery, snatching can be overcome. Done planning of 15 new branches opening for Odisha. Completed survey successfully too but due to covid-19 planning is on hold till Dec-20.
