Working At Lids was a good way for me to gain experience and further better my techniques of selling to customers, dealing with any issues they had and just building relationships with them. Here I learned that it is very important to maintain relationships and develop trust with the customer so that they kept coming back to the store, as well as Selling 101 technique which made it easier for me to achieve sales targets and make sure I was doing the best I could.

Working at Primark allowed me to experience a fast paced, busy environment as it was during the seasonal period. Here I learned how to deal with, help and deal with customers and any issues they might have, as well as how to use the tills and control customer queues during busy times in the store.
