Principal role in designing and development of Compliance module Framework in accordance with the Inputs from Product Manager and Best practices along with other modules like Non-Conformance (NC), CAPA, Supplier Quality Audits (SQA) at MetricStream InfoTech.• Restructuring/Re-engineering of Process/Methods for optimum utilization of resources for achieving Reduction in number of Support Issues received for Compliance module.• Review with the stakeholders of the below mentioned Process, Project artefacts and Evaluating the internal controls for multiple modules to ensure the adherence to the set guidelines and report the Non-conformance to the management: - SDLC Life Cycle,  Project Management for development team. Functional Specification Document. End user documentation of the applications, test cases and scenarios• Responsible for Manual Code Reviews and Implement the findings if any arising out of Security and Penetration testing.• Responsible for the Performance Tuning of the NC, CAPA and SQA modules. (UI+ Reporting and Analytics) and reviewing and implementing the findings suggested by the Automated Code Coverage and code Analyzer• Leading a team of 6 members for the delivery and solutioning of the Compliance, NC, CAPA and SQA modules, mentoring and Grooming the team to deliver the project with good Quality and within agreed timelines. • Work with pre-sales team to showcase the functionality of the modules for Client Demo, Negotiations and Prioritization of the Product feature list with the stake holders i.e. Product Manager, Technical Manager.• For critical projects responsible for conduction of unit testing, bug triage discussion with QA Team and analyzing the root cause, Cross-Team collaboration with IT, MSI Infrastructure Team, Other project Teams.

• Worked on the customization projects for the following Banks Banca Transilvania (Romania),ZAO UniCredit Bank (Russia). And worked with Operations Management Team for handling the Project Management for Multiple projects. Development of the enhancements in the PC (Payments and Collections), CL (Consumer Lending) modules including Unit testing of customizations along with DS/PS preparations.  Collaborating with the multiple stake holders like testing Team for Issue Tracking and Closure for ensuring alignment to process. Preparation of project Plan in MPP, estimates. Process Management (Compliance to SQA process to be followed in execution) like check in checkout to/from VSS/SVN, Reviews, base lining of project artefacts like MPP, Project estimates, FS and other projects• Project Management activities like Deployment of Resources, tracking Utilization of Resources (TS Compliance), Invoicing, Margin Tracking (Profitability during execution), Monthly Status Reporting to SMR and Ensuring group Compliance to Organization vide statutes.

• Writing of ETL to load the data from upstream sources into system using Ksh,• Programming using SQL,PL/SQL including Application testing, validation of DB, applications jobs during the Infrastructure move from 9i to 10g in DCC. Also worked on the validation of Procedures in SQL Server 2008 and SSIS packages.• Collaboration with the partners/downstream applications to migrate to DCC from legacy environment and enhancements to the application during DCC to support multiple applications like WFM, ISPE(Instant Support Professional Edition) and Decommissioning of legacy inbound applications.• Participating in the enhancements from Analysis to implementation for the enhancements to the New Traceability application. And leading a team to meet the deliverables. And providing the project updates to the management/Capturing the projects metrics.• Experience in Maintenance of VLDB (4.5TB)
