Copy & Print Division has been launched under Charisma Global Networks Limited as its retail face, to cater to the quality driven users of New Zealand. State of art equipment has been installed ranging from Canon's C9280 to the wide format printers IPF8400s. OCE Colorwave 550 is the best equipment to handle the documentation need of the booming construction industry. Apart from printing and document handling, CGNL intends to offer its services for document solution management. It will be extremely challenging to meet the stringent quality and high security norms of the user groups in New Zealand. With the right infrastructure in place, CGNL intends to build a team catering to the New Zealand & Australian market aggressively over a period of time.

I established this company in April 2003 in Auckland with a view to promote technical training and engineering consultancy in New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia and Middle East. Starting from scratch we have had a slow pace in the last few years. Now we are moving ahead with full steam to make this company a global phenomenon. Website designing, interacting with advisors / experts in different verticals and designing new technical programs has been my forte.

Experience in technical event management, commercial education, digital printing and document solutions and owning number of businesses in India relating to commercial, engineering and management education and operated as franchisee to India’s well established brand in the education sector prepared me to operate as a Business Broker. I launched a company in NZ in 2003 which is involved in corporate training in engineering areas of Oil, Gas and process industry, which organized number of training programs to train young and middle level engineers across the globe. I also established a business in digital printing and document solutions which is being operated successfully by me and my business partner in 2 locations in Auckland. My motto throughout has been very simple for client servicing – “You never look at your watch when a client needs you”.

This group dealt with technical training and engineering consultancy especially in mechanical and chemical engineering areas. As one of the promoter directors, I helped them establish a franchisee operation with CADD Centre who are pioneers in Computer aided design and drafting courses covering a range of software like AutoCAD, Pro-E, Staad-Pro, ANSYS, NXCAD, etc. I took a tutor training course to gain training skills in project management software like Primavera and subsequently trained more than 150 engineers / managers on efficiently using PRIMAVERA and Microsoft Project platforms.

Along with my wife, I started this company in January 1999 to undertake the operations of Professional Tutorials as their regional franchisee. Starting with a total of 3 people doing everything and anything for the company, we helped it grow to 4 different cities with an employee base of 150 people including full time and part time associates and employees. I had been actively involved in various areas of company operations and strategy like administration, media, branding, marketing, information technology, recruitment, finance, project, new product launch, etc. The responsibility and focus kept on changing with the passage of time and growth, which provided exposure and opportunity to learn with each passing day.
