Using MYOB JustInvoice, I complete the following procedures as a part of my bookkeeping role with the client• Monthly expense processing and reconciling with credit card and bank statements• Investigating unknown amounts and separating private expenses from the remaining transactions• Entering income from various jobs• Reconciling with the bank statements• Recording General Journals for one-off transactions like interests, money transfers and private expenses.

• Collated 2 years worth of expense invoices and incomes in Excel to produce Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements for year 2008-09 and 2009-10 for the tax accountant.• Prepared BAS statements of four (4) quarters for the year 2009-10.• Based on the previous years performance, suggested client on ways to improve business and finance performances.• Prepared graphical charts to show performances of various aspect of the business like material costs, operating expenses based on the numerical data collected from the above tasks.• Installed and prepared MYOB Accounting files for the client.• Entering detailed invoices for clients with information like dress coding and emailing it across to clients with correct payable amounts.• Entering expenses using Purchase forms and filing them in order. • Generating monthly profit & loss using MYOB Accounting’s Analyse functions for reviewing company’s financial situation.

Achievements: Redesigned business processes of the company  Developed and designed within MYOB Accounting v18 processes which are far more effective in tracking revenues and expenses and producing reports which are more meaningful and represents true and fair of the company.  Created about 3000+ new accounts in MYOB Accounting v18 with the help of an intern which are being currently being used in the company.Responsibilities:  Book keep all accounts to ensure that amounts represents true and fair view of the company. Process reimbursements for volunteers through MYOB, Oaktree Online Finance System and NAB Internet Banking. Correct errors/reversing entries using general journals. Carry out bank reconciliation each month. Perform month ends procedures. Process donation income received from various organizations and cross checking with NAB Internet Banking for accuracy. Raise purchase orders from the invoices received from creditors and also processing payment requests in the NAB Banking. Maintain and updating customer, supplier and employee cards. Produce reports such as Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Statement of Cash Flow in MYOB and editing in Excel for board meetings. Handled all vendor inquiries and followed up on past due invoices Prepared month-end journal entries and tax reconciliation forms Provided support to management and assisted auditors whenever required Ensured the accuracy and validity, signatures and amounts on invoices Processed accounts payable invoices relating to different business units daily Updated and maintained documentation and ensured compliance with proper accounting procedures, internal controls Worked with MS Outlook to reply to urgent e-mails and performed ad-hoc administrative duties
