Having learnt from my extensive experience in sales and marketing, in industries as varied as Consumer Electronics, Media / content and FMCG, I have had many avatars, from being a sales ace to being Head of marketing for one of the most iconic music and video companies a global Giant in the entertainment business, Planning the entry strategy and successfully executing the same for a multinational consumer electronic corporation, and then going on to co-found my own luxury brand. A people’s person and collaborative Leader with excellent communication and presentation skills, I believe in a non-confrontational problem solving approach. Leading by example and “God lies in the details” is an integral part of my life’s DNA. In one of my avatars, I successfully leveraged my ability of identifying client priorities and creating customised solutions for them, that resulted in many profitable B2B engagements and wins with OEM’s like Tata Motors, Mahindra and Maruti Suzuki.working with two multinationals from their entry into India, has equipped me with the tools to effective straddle the complex, global matrix reporting and collaborative cross functional requirements of large corporations.Deeply analytical, my insights into complex management challenges and future of business, have managed to positively impact policy to make organisations future ready.
