Responsibilities: Responsible for leading & managing project management team. To Identify & allocate roles, responsibilities within project team. Responsible for on time project deliver with customer satisfaction. Monitor Budget Sanction for project.  Prepare Project Guideline & Time Plan to Meet Customer Specific requirements. To identify project risk & problem solving. Prepare & submit status/Progress report to management. Coordinate with all CFT/stake holders to complete the task. Project review as per quality Gate System. Participate in Feasibility Study & Design Reviews with Cross Functional Team (CFT). Negotiation with customer for project time lines. Schedule the customer audits in-house as well as outside. Complete project planning from proto to production. Represent project Status in front of customer as well as internally.  Coordinate and co-operate with customer regarding any issue or Child part development. Generate Cost reduction proposal for organization.  Single point of contact for customer for new project. Discussion with overseas customer/critical supplier for project time line. Responsible up to SOP+3 months project delivery. ECN Management of customer & internal.  Handling IATF & other audits.
