- As a member of the GLT team, conducted cultural competency profiles for expat spouses and, ran customized programs, which were aimed at helping participants adapt to the local culture, norms and expectations- Taught adult learners, kids and teens essential English - Taught Business/ need based English to corporate clients, including Google, P&G and Singapore Airlines

- Marketed “The Sensei Experience” to a potential client base - Worked on possible collaborations with other consultancy businesses, with the aim to expand the business -Planned, designed and facilitated consultancy assignments for leading multinationals . - Actively looked for business opportunities and supported and coordinated leadership journeys

- Led the organization and the coordination of Leadership journeys in Malaysia for senior management teams from BAT and Unilever. This included conducting preliminary trips to determine the design of the journey, working with suppliers in Malaysia, and coordinating the logistics of the leadership journey to ensure a specific experience for the client. Number of people on the trips ranged from 50 to 180. - Actively marketed programs by pro-actively approaching potential clients- Organized & marketed seminars in Pakistan for visiting Sensei consultants and partners. - Conducted needs assessments, designed, developed and delivered training programs to enhance employee performance for several organizations, These included Nestle, Siemens, OMV, BP and Maersk. Soft skills programs included Communication skills, Presentation skills, Change Management and Teamwork.- Co-designed and developed a 360 degree appraisal for Maersk. Conducted pre-appraisal workshops on aims and goals of the appraisal and led a long term follow up which included coaching about 60 mid level executives and managers. Further enhanced business results for Maersk by conducting an external customer review, and internal employee interviews in an effort to engage employees.- Coordinated & organized seminars on Leadership in Karachi for internationally renowned speakers

- Responsible for the smooth running & administration of all Council activities: Education, Management Development Program/Center, Exams and Library. - Drove change initiatives at the Council as it made the transition from being grant dependant to becoming more independent.- Successfully launched the British Council Management Center in Pakistan, by synergizing the best of local and British talent. Coordinated UK management training partners and local organizations to conduct training programs for the local industry
