Responsible to grow Emirates NBD’s wealth management business in Singapore and Asia

Responsible to drive digital/self directed solutions globally for the Citi Global Wealth business. Also responsible to drive sales of mutual funds to Citigold/Citigold Private Clients globally.

Managing the Investments business including Capital Markets and Managed Solutions across 16 markets in Asia and EMEA for Citi’s Retail Bank

Responsible across 17 markets in Asia & EMEA for driving Deposits strategy including 1) supporting Citi’s wider wealth management business 2) supporting Citi’s balance sheet needs and 3) driving optimisation of the book to create Deposits growth capacity. Deposits are a significant component of Wealth Management driving upwards of 60% in P&L.Responsible across 17 markets in Asia & EMEA for driving FX growth strategy including 1) building optimal sales capacity 2) driving digitalization 3) enhancing the FX product suite. Responsible across 17 markets in Asia & EMEA for driving Debit Cards strategy including spend volume growth and spend mix shift.

Launched an industry leading institutional funds platform in Asia. The platform enabled Citi’s high net worth clients in the retail and private bank to access new institutional asset managers and cheaper institutional grade fee structures. The new platform garnered $250MM in AUM in less than 2 years. Drove sales in excess of $2B in fixed tenor Indian investment funds for Citi’s NRI clients in the private and retail bank. Drove a 10% increase in trail fees for Citi’s Asia wealth business and streamlined the funds platform by driving a 20% reduction in number of asset managers.

Managed fund manager selection and due diligence for Citi's Consumer & Private Bank funds business in Asia by continual liaison with fund management companies to screen, due diligence and research the best fund products.Conducted more than 500 fund manager meetings/calls across US, UK, Singapore, HK, Australia, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Managed fund selections across multiple asset classes including Asian, EM, US, European & Global Equities, High Yield and Investment Grade Fixed Income, Hard and local currency EM Fixed Income.

Manage a large team of operations professionals delivering defect less client experience investing in equities, fixed income, investment funds, structured products, FX and money markets with Citi's consumer and private bank.

Managed i-flex’s products & services business in Australia, New Zealand & the Pacific. Drove the first million dollar deal to build an industry leading mortgage broker and credit lending platform. Drove i-flex’s first joint bid with a big-4 consultant for replacement of a core banking platform for one of NZ’s largest financial institutions.
