Performance Management, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management.Key Roles and Responsibilities Long term settlement: Core Team Member for drafting, implementing negotiating the proposal for wage settlement and parts of the different negotiations.  Employee Engagement: Conducting joint committee meetings between management and union representatives, implementing employee R&R schemes as per schedule, developing of model teams/stations in operating division. Employee Discipline: Fostering culture of discipline by ensuring timely action against reported cases, controlling unauthorized absenteeism through counselling and appropriate disciplinary action.  Grievance Redressal: Ensuring timely closure of issues captured through joint committee meetings and skip level meetings.  VRS Scheme: Played a key role in implementing VRS Scheme across entire plant and achieving target numbers successfully. Capability building of Blue Collar under various developmental interventions: Formation of "My Teams" and "QC" Teams for their Daily Work Management and to resolve their issues w.r.t SQPDCME at Shop floor. Also encouraged the teams participated in the Company level competition. Helped in identifying training needs of employees, organizing training and development programs, multiskilling and job rotation of employees to build capable, future ready workforce.
