Transport is not just a job, but a real passion for me. As you will recognise from my CV, I started my career in transport as a PCV driver to which I progressed internally to Transport Supervisor, Accident Prevention Manager, Project Manager and Garage Manager for ComfortDelGro/TfL. I have successfully been managing teams ranging from 5 to 500 employees within various facets across Transport, Enforcement and Customer Services.My expertise and key skills are Service Recovery and Transformation and have the approach of ‘hit the ground running’ to make effective changes which benefit the service and the end user.
