Managing and improving spatial and statistical data of a large asset portfolio for Enfield Council using Mapinfo.Daily use and integration of Land Registry data, LLPG, Ordnance Survey data, & the council’s Property Asset Register.Creating a range of visually pleasing and accurate plans to answer queries regarding council property assets.Communication with management agents.Using GIS as an analytical tool to answer a high volume of internal and public information requests regarding land ownership and assets within the Borough.Surveying council sites and properties to maintain an up to date and comprehensive database.
