- Supervising issuance of letters of credit and letters of guarantee, after receiving the application form from purchasing department I prepare the application of letter of credit and submit it , when the documents arrive, I follow up with the banks about refinancing these documents from our facilities line and get refinancing agreements to check it before submit it back to the bank then I record all financial transaction of letter of credit on system and preparing schedules for the obligations arising from letter of credit or loans monthly to follow up the payment on time. - Supervising preparation of journal vouchers and supporting documents.- Preparing budgets and financial statements and cash flew forecasting according to expecting sales for retail division & expecting collection for wholesale division & available data of the financial obligations of loans, bills, payments … etc. - Liaising with banks and group companies either through official letters, e-mails or telephone.- Preparing reconciliations for suppliers account statements and processing cheques for their due amounts.- Preparing bank reconciliations monthly.- Quarterly and annual audited financial statements
