• Achieving the area sales target by giving a challenging & achievable sales target for each area, following the target breakdown .• Insure to got the best use of all given tools ( sales scheme , sales team , office equipments ….etc )• Insure to eliminate the waste for all the above .• Monitoring the sales process by making daily , weekly , monthly & annual reports .• Monitoring the sales individuals by performance measurements ( clear KFP's , IDP's , SSC feedback ) giving ongoing feedback , one to one meetings & coaching documents if needed • Monitoring individual behaviors & match these behaviors with the company values .• Monitoring all competitors activities & prices .• Creating a healthy & comfortable business environment .• Searching for new sales opportunities & expanding the customer base .• Leading the whole area reports & insure the accuracy of figures ( DIO , Inventory trends , Sale in – out , ROI , slow moving items , )• Effectively participate in company meetings ( monthly meeting , budget meetings , marketing overview……etc )• Discussion with higher level to got necessary approvals .• On field training for the sales team by going in regular market visits .• Tackle all pending issues with lower & higher levels .• Managing monthly , quarterly & annual sales forecast by SKU by area .• Giving clear & honest feedback to the higher level manager
