Cairo Planning Center - Procter & Gamble

The second planning center in P&G globally started in Egypt to handle the End to End Supply Chain for Meddle East & Africa P&G markets and plants. - Understand the business and the market in South East Africa. - Develop the Demand Forecast and Sales Plan over an 18 month minimum planning horizon.- Gathers inputs , maintains Forecast Plane & communicates with customers of the forecast (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Teams, Marketing, Top Management)

P&G Head Office - Cairo

- Handling CEEMEA and WE regional projects. - Working with the project teams, define and articulate the business requirements so as to integrate and manage the projects in the P&G AR systems (SAP). - Determine where process gaps exist between current business needs and current AR capabilities to work with the Global Process Owner and the AR Horizontal Performance Team to determine the most appropriate solution to close the process gap.- Maintain solutions standards; build business unit capability; and help local resources exploit the systems for business value.- Project operated: Wella integration to P&G business.- Markets covered:Russia & Poland (two of the top 16 markets in P&G)
