Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide -coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives- Develop and implement personnel policies to support business goals and to ensure that thecompany complies with legal requirements and best practice.- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law- Authorizes the salary transfers online- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records- Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records- Ensuring confidentiality of employees' pay records- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review- Determines organization's tax obligations by calculating national and council taxes as well asNational Insurance contributions- Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts- Provide orientation to newly hired employees on the rules and regulations,- Arrange files and documentation of all employees in the company such as personnel transactions,- Insurance coverage and pension plans.- Compile compensation and benefits of the employee, evaluate employee progress and give disciplinary actions.- Reviewing the team performances of the employees in order to determine their strength and weaknesses.
