Responsible under the direction of the Shift Manager for the allocation and control of shift operational staff and the effective utilization of equipment resources to meet the planned objectives, achieve 35 GMPH on monthly basis.• Coordinate with vessel/yard planners any required changes to the initial plans. • Ensure continues operations are maintained during shift changeovers and for Container Handling Equipment Operator (CHE) operators changeover for rest periods.• Liaise with engineering supervisory staff to minimize breakdown time and maximize equipment availability.• Ensure safe working practices according to SCCT policies and procedures are strictly adhered to and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times by SCCT employees/Contractors required in operational areas of the terminal
