Executive Office:Coordinator between SSMO and Ministry of Cabinet Affairs. Coordinate with governmental and commercial bodies to serve the goals and interests of the institution.Communicating, on behalf of the organization, with shareholders, government entities, and the public.Leading the development of the organization’s short- and long-term strategy.Participate in creating and implementing the organization’s vision and mission.Assists in the selection and evaluation of branches directors.Supports DG’s to evaluate the work of employee within the organization. Participate in setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describableParticipate in setting strategic plans and follow up implements. Participate in setting yearly budget and assists manage organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations after BOD approval. Assures the organization and its mission, programs and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image.Participate in creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall directionParticipate in leading the development and implementation of the organization’s strategy. Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals.Organizing and coordinating meetings for the Director General.Participate in laying down the procedural and organizational arrangements of the international conferences held in Sudan in the field of Standardization.Participate in conferences, seminars, meetings, and internal and external exhibitions related to work.BOD Office:Board of Directors Secretary. Ensures BOD has sufficient and up-to-date information.Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board.Preparing different kinds of reports and maintains relevant records. Organizing and coordinating meetings for Board of Director.Writing and editing speeches, articles and annual reports.
