-Follow the engineering deliverables and facilitate the cycle approval with the client to provide the drawings to the site on time.- Review subcontractor's evaluations and references, acquire Subcontractor bonds and maintain project files.- Undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of the Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliverables are met.- Assist the project team in the preparation of Subcontract agreements and contract administrations.- Maintain good communication and team building with project stakeholders.

• Ensure that Safety Requirements are fully understood and implemented.• Ensure compliance to QA/QC policies and procedures• Monitor and direct the construction works to ensure the success of the project.• Ensure that the works are executed in compliance with the project schedule and planning of construction activities.• Report to the Planning department any deviations that could affect the sequence and duration of construction activities.• Responsible for mitigation of any delays, emergencies that could arise as a result of construction activities.• Responsible for managing and overseeing the Contractor and service providers in the development, implementation, and handover of the Project.• Assess and take steps in accordance with the Scope of Work, (SoW), that ensures the Contractor and service providers are responding to inquiries in accordance with the SoW.• Provide leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders.• Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.• Directing and providing guidance and support for a team of Engineers in solving technical and essential problems with the physical construction of the project.• Directing and providing guidance and support for a team of Engineers performing RFI and Surveillance Inspections.• Actively engage with the EPC contractor and Subcontractor to monitor construction project progress against the schedule highlighting concerns, providing recommendations and implementing agreed mitigation measures.• Working in collaboration with the planning team to oversee design progress, EPC Contractors procurement/Purchase order Placement status and construction Progress.• Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications. • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely procurement of materials. • Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.

- Experience in preparation of MTO- Prepare Electrical construction planning with follow up.- Assist Project Manager in all of his responsibilities as required.- Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with standards for Electrical systems.- Provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed.- Cost Control for the project(Prepare and Follow Invoices and Cash Flow)- prepare Method Statements- to prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders- Approve drawings, specifications and submittals and distribute them to concerned parties.- Prepare red markup & As-built Drawings- Follow up and Close Punch list Items.
