Make sure the employees are well trained and are aware of their responsibilities and are prepared for any situations. Follow up on all the maintenance issues for all the machines and work on preventive maintenance programs to be sure that all machines are properly serviced and ready to work correctly. Make sure that the staff are always in good shape, well groomed and folly aware of the daily , weekly and monthly tasks. Make sure all supervisors and shift managers are following the same rules and regulations and ensure they have the best possible outcomes and are able to handle the tasks and responsibilities that are required also to follow up on their employees and maintain appropriate checks with the checklists. Work on the daily, weekly and monthly reports including all the informations and updates on the challenges and work with the mall management to get the best possible results.
