• To manage the company registration process in clients systems to increase the customer base by obtaining vendor number which is mandatory required in order to receiving enquiries from customers.• To manage prequalification process with customers to get qualified for existing and new areas of business and customers in order to receive bid invitations from customers.• To manage the customers Enquiries (RFQ) and Orders in order to increase order inflow / order book by timely responses to RFQ’s with competitive quotations will only enable to receive customer orders.• To manage the bidding process to effectively participate and win more bids as every bid needs to be reviewed and monitored in details in order to prepare technical & commercial estimates and timely bid submission.• To manage the sales turnover / billing on monthly basis in order to increase and maintain constant growth.• To analyze and report the lost business (Bids) in order to improve the future performance in winning bids.• To plan, organize and motivate the department staff for effective functioning and in order to ensure their growth and retention.• To prepare agreements and maintain regular contacts with all business associates and partners in order to generate business• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.• Follow-up for collection of payment• Designing and providing on-the-job training program to new sales employees.
