Responsible for designing networking solutions to customers using the services and products provided by TE Data, these solutions range from basic connectivity (layer 2 and layer 3 VPNs) solutions through either copper, fiber or wireless infrastructure available, to complex solutions that require the interaction of various VOIP, Surveillance cameras, Mail, Domains, Hosting Data centers, Hosting call centers, E-learning, WA, optimization, Security, and Backup solutions.Responsible for testing new hardware provided by vendors that deal with TE Data; the hardwareportfolio includes wireless products such as(redline ,Cambium networks and infinite) performing demonstration of the new equipment and solutions to Middle management,Supervisors, other team members and other teams in order to explain the functionality and performance of the solutions; more over.performance of the device and its strength to the customer.Finally I prepare training material, and training sessions for the new equipment to guide the installation teams in handling new equipment and for the sales team to familiarize them with the new devices and its main features.
