Project : The construction of Egyptian Refining Co. (main contractor GS E&C)Responsibilities:- Execution of construction activities including; Welders testing and qualification, Piping weld productivity, Piping test packages Punch Clearing, Testing and flushing.- Management and administration of construction subcontractors- Field supervision of construction work- Tracking of construction progress

Project : The construction of Mall of Egypt in the construction of; 66KV Substation, Shopping Centre, Family Entertainment centre and Snow Ski Park including the following systems:- Infrastructure network- Water supply network- Sprinklers fire suppression system- Fire hydrant system- HVAC system- Chilled water system including pumps- Steel Structure fabrication & Construction.Responsibilities:- Development and monitoring of implementation of project quality plan.- Development and monitoring of implementation of project inspection and testing plans.- Establishment, maintenance and monitoring of quality document control system.- Management and development of quality control personnel.- Review and follow up all construction method statement.- Overseeing material compliance testing.- Drive and control the Handing over process.

Project : The construction of 6th October power plant (main contractor Ansaldo Energia) in the construction of 4*150MW Simple cycle dual fuel turbines including the construction of:- Steel structure buildings- Steel enclosures and shelters- Water and fuel steel tanks- Water, air and fuel piping distribution systems- Potable water and firefighting underground networks- Water pre-treatment and demineralization plants- Waste water underground collecting network.- Waste water treatment and lifting plantsResponsibilities:- Issue and update the project quality plan.- Implement and update quality control inspection and testing procedures.- Review and follow up all construction procedures.- Monitor all site inspection and testing activities.- Control the project handover process up to the final documentation.
