• Develop the Annually Production plan for all plants, Pack & SKUs based on AOP• Review & confirm the annual overhauling & maintenance CPS with Eng. Department • Creating the Monthly Production plan per plants Pack & SKUs based on S&OP• Review Daily/weekly Production plan to reflect the AOP targets and avoid any deviations that can hinder achieving the targets• Team up with DC's manager to reflect the sales forecast on the production plan according to the actual daily sales.• Coordinate with Distributors manager the daily requirements to achieve targets as scheduled per region or DC• Coordinate the Finished products inventory level with the finished goods warehouse Manager to achieve inventory targets• Secure safety inventory level in all DCs' to catch up high demands for certain SKUs' during the year• Optimize resources to implement seasonality planning that will be a part of achieving AOP targets• Coordinate with deployment planning manager to fully utilize fleet capacity to ensure adherence to sales plan per region• Planning export orders according to AOP with respect to the local demand in coordination with export department to ensure meeting local and abroad demand• Review the Raw & packaging inventory and coordinate with purchasing the weekly requirements through the weekly production plan to avoid any shortage in Raw & packing materials while production• Monitors the actual production vs. the daily plan in a daily meeting with the production manager through the schedule attainment to make sure that the actual production is complying with the sales demand

• Execute MRP calculation for R&P materials securing the annual volume target achievement while reducing overall materials delivery cost through better systems and improved efficiency.• Provide input and support to Global Procurement function in negotiation with key suppliers who are responsible for securing major materials.• Develop the material plans based on AOP and share figures with sourcing team in order to start the contracts process.• Schedule materials delivery based on updated production plans to ensure materials availability for manufacturing plants in the right time & quantity taking into account the suppliers’ capabilities lead time and the warehousing capacity • Issue purchase Requisitions on SAP and follow up on the Materials R&PM.• Issue tracking reports for materials actual delivery versus delivery plans and reporting variances and take actions to close the variance with suppliers.• Achieve the marketing calendar through executing the launch of new products or the re-launches on time with minimum obsolete and write-off value in the phase in/out process.• Develop and manage long term relationships with strategic suppliers of raw & Pack materials to establish and maintain superior quality, supply.• Develop and apply the company's best practice tools.• Create cross functional synergy between different departments to support optimum decision making for the business and excellence in execution.• Manage the replenishment function by issuing tracking reports for materials actual delivery versus delivery plans and reporting variances.• Follow up on the delivery variance analysis and ensure the development of the proper action plans to close variance.• Communicate to the related suppliers the material requirements plan.• Handle the B&C delivery function performance• Develop the required Materials (ingredients, packaging) calculated by MRP team based on forecast volume for all business required periods (Strategic, annual)
