Studying the new Alamein Towers project in terms of interior design and following up on the completion of project designs, materials purchases for interior finishing till begin to apply on-site- Supervise and urge cooperative units to finish the respective designing task on time (according to design planning) and make sure the drawings conform with the regulation and the technical specification.- Coordinate with internal other departments for complete design information, such as architecture, MEP, façade, and civil departments, to validate the design of all the decoration jobs.- Coordinate with design institute and client to diminish and eliminate the misunderstanding and observation on the drawings, and get the drawing approved on time.- Provide technical support when obstacles arise, make proposals and solutions on the points where it is necessary. Coordinate with design institute and client to choose materials.- Optimize the original given designs to be more economical ones, meanwhile guaranteeing the optimized solutions conform with the specification. Be able to use his/her own experience and specialized knowledge to negotiate with and persuade design institutes and clients towards our preferred solution.
