Responsibilities:- Ensure streamlined HR processes and systems are in place and leverage on technology as much as possible.- Ensure the compliance to the appropriate HR processes and procedures.- Prepare, develop and update JD based competencies.- Creating performance management system according to KPI’s.- Ensure local immigration and labor laws and regulations are observed and strictly adhered to.- Assume accountability for budgets and results relating to manpower planning.- Ensure employment contracts and benefits are in line with company strategy and policy, and relevant local labor legislation.- Ensure the hiring of the people with appropriate skills into the organization and their development and retention during their tenure.- Provide advice and counsel to employees on self-development and career in the organization.- Drive talent and development initiatives.- Advice and guide managers on performance management/counseling, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.- Maintain an effective employee relations program at all levels of the organization.- Work with the business to create and maintain a conducive work environment as employer of choice and attractive work place image.- Lead and engage the line managers in change management activities to bring about organization change.- Conducting corporate training programs and keeping the material up to date.- Identifying training & development needs for an organization.- Delivering the training material effectively.
