After starting my career in international trade and logistics, I focused on the digital transformation of logistics and worked as an operational leader in this field. I worked as Operations Manager at LojiPark Teknoloji A.Ş. for about 1.5 years and took strategic steps to digitalize the traditional structures of logistics.I worked on digital tools and technologies to optimize workflows and increase efficiency in logistics. I helped companies gain competitive advantage by specializing in the integration of digital platforms, data analytics, supply chain management and automation of logistics processes.Throughout this journey, I have carried out various projects to make logistics operations more efficient and thus reduce costs. Simultaneously, I provided training to teams on digitalization. Afterwards, I worked as an Operations Manager at vita RnD Teknoloji A.Ş. I continued my career in the field of project management in the company that produces transfer and student transportation software and had the opportunity to further develop myself in this field. In this process, I was working on domestic transportation simultaneously and providing consultancy services to companies by organizing my portfolio, then I established Av-Kar Logistics company by evaluating my connections and portfolio.
