• Leading the production processes in terms of planning (Plastics Injection, Chrome Plating, Quality Control) according to arrival dates of customers orders. • Ensure the coordination between Planning, Production, Quality and Warehouse to satisfy customer orders. • Making contact with planning and logistics departments of the customers (Especially Renault, AILN, Faurecia), customs agents, transport companies to make the shipments just in time and to fasten the arrival process. • Close interaction with Finance Department for payment transfers, transactions to International Suppliers with Purchasing Department. • Close interaction with Project and Sales people for logistics costs to determine part prices. • Managing Stock, Shipment, Administrative Reception, Warehouse personnel. • Participating daily ASAKAI meetings. • Controlling kanban orders, forecasts and anomalies in the ERP.• Making contact with EDI and ERP Service Providers to solve the system issues with IT Department. • Making contact with the suppliers sales people, logistics departments, customs agents, transport companies, sea agencies to make the collection in time and to fasten the arrival process. • Controlling the Customs Agent Invoices, evaluating the customs clearance process. • Ensure the coordination between Warehouse, Accounting, Sales and Logistics Planning Department for the imported materials.• Preparing PDS of the new products.• Preparing weekly shipment plans.• Purchasing components for assembling. • Preparing monthly logistics performance reports of the suppliers and customers for management.
