Hello, I'm Samet Şahin. I work as an IT and Software Support Specialist at Çepaş Galvaniz, the Turkish subsidiary of Gonvarri Industries. I graduated with an associate degree in Computer Programming from Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, and I'm currently pursuing an associate degree in WEB DESIGN AND CODING at Ankara University.Through my internship at Mitaş Industry and my 7-month internship at Çepaş Galvaniz, I gained experience in providing technical support for information systems and resolving network issues.During my internship at Çepaş Galvaniz, I was involved in various IT tasks such as IT inventory management, equipment allocation, computer maintenance, user support, and troubleshooting network infrastructure issues. Additionally, I enhanced my skills by developing a weighing bridge application in C#, recording data into an SQL database, and utilizing SNMP and TCP/IP protocols.I participated in various computer-related activities during my high school and university years and worked part-time on projects like creating corporate intranet websites.I have transitioned from project-based work to a regular work routine and aspire to focus on my career in the Software industry. I am dedicated to continuous self-improvement and seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills by engaging in new projects. My expertise includes IT infrastructure management, software development, corporate software, and IT hardware support.I am excited about collaborating on new projects and broadening my experiences in the IT and Software field.
