Key responsibilities:▪ Organising deliveries and collections for a team of 12+ drivers daily, ensuring that around 300 vehicles a week are delivered in a timely manner and in presentable condition.▪ Assisting to lead a team (reporting to the Branch Manager) at one of the busiest locations in the UK.▪ Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for corporate contract customers, whilst simultaneously driving branch efficiencies by keeping a high ‘turnaround’ rate of vehicles.▪ High level of aptitude and can-do attitude towards work, exemplified by my quick transition into a fast-paced and high-pressure office environment; regularly completing 45+ hour weeks as required by the nature of the business during busy periods.▪ Face-to-face, phone and email conversations customers in a professional and business-minded attitude, providing me with the skills to multitask, put customers’ needs first, and resolving any issues with a satisfactory conclusion for the customer.

▪ Transition into an office-based customer service role through recommendation from the Branch Manager. Answering customer queries, organising rentals via handling payments, and ensuring identification and security procedures were followed.▪ Key Responsibilities included taking over booking vehicles for customers, transitioning quickly into organising the logistical challenge of organising deliveries and collections for the team of drivers.▪ Ensuring fleet optimisation and maintaining vehicles at the branch with bodyshop requests, servicing requirements, etc.▪ Working well under pressure to perform results for the branch team and customers, teaching me the importance of clear and effective communication and working as a team.

▪ Delivering vehicles to companies and customers in a timely and professional manner, trained to assess all vehicles for damage, ensure vehicles are prepared and presented as per SLA’s.▪ Expanded team building and understanding of customer service and pride in my work, with an excellent attitude from a young age.

▪ Weekend role whilst completing my studies at college. Gained experience in a retail setting, cash handling, presentability, customer service and teamwork.
