As one of the Ministry of Justice's senior Diversity Champions, helped improve the MOJ rankings in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index in 2014/15 and spearheaded the Straight Allies movement within the department, working closely with the LGBT community to campaign for a more inclusive and gay-friendly workplace.
