As Director I have brought to United Strata Management (USM) a wealth of experience gained from years managing some of Queensland’s largest and most complex strata schemes, including new developments, layered schemes, Building Management Statements, and those legislated under the Building Units and Group Titles Act, in a variety of locations.With a positive and pro-active approach, United Strata Management delivers the boutique, customer driven service experience I have always thrived on. We guide bodies corporate through legal, financial, defect and interpersonal requirements to ensure education and results for schemes across Queensland, large and small alike. I have also been able to make time to contribute to the strata industry, currently as a member of the SCA (Qld) legislation committee.

Previously, starting out as an interested property owner, I jumped wholeheartedly into a new role and industry upon returning home to Queensland, initially as a Trainee Body Corporate Manager. Utilising skills as a relationship manager, educator and problem solver saw extensive experience and accolades accumulated within a short period of time including; SCA Student of the Year and Archers Strata Manager - Highly Commendable.
