Happiest at Home provide care staff of the highest calibre.Despite the recruiting crisis being in full swing, we are succeeding in finding the right staff at the right time for individuals, trusts, case managers and companies who need help.I have worked in care since 2016 when I established a domiciliary care business. Providing the traditional model of domiciliary care was challenging and staffing was always a problem. At Happiest at home we have addressed all the issues that proved problematic then, changing our model entirely to fit the new world.Prior to working in care I worked in finance and in 2006 helped establish a finance business which remains very successful. I am still a shareholder in this business and enjoy keeping in touch with its amazing progress.
