Advocated POLB projects/programs as regional policy/affairs liaison to regulatory agencies and regional governments. >>> Middle Harbor Redevelopment Project ($1.5B): led local affairs on a cross-functional team to obtain unanimous Council (EIR) approval to redevelop and electrify seaport terminals to cut emissions in half while doubling cargo and creating 14,000 permanent jobs; conceived the Community Grants Program, a resident-governed multi-million fund to offset port impacts; educated council and neighborhood associations; wrote and organized regional stakeholder testimonies>>> Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project ($1.5B): arranged stakeholder support and lobbied the Secretary of Transportation to raise $325M in Federal TIFIA funds. Developed strategic relationships with CDW, the nation's largest reseller of computer products to business and government, and provided the CDW sales force with dedicated technical sales support. During my tenure at Belkin, we became CDW's primary vendor for all computer cabling and networking equipment and dramatically expanded our presence in new product categories in a highly competitive vendor climate.
