Job Description:* Business Partnered with the Chief Marketing Officer and both EVP Sale heads to conduct consolidated forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc modeling for the Sales & Marketing Departments ($60M in total spend). Created and developed new financial models to understand sales productivity, simulation analysis for sales commission forecasting as well as an operational P&L and cash flow analysis for potential change in corporate headquarters.Accomplishments:* Built and recommended financial P&L model to understand multiple locational changes for corporate headquarters that yielded an understanding and decision to change locations and create a savings of more than $10M over 6 years (presented case study to CFO/Interim CEO)* Met with CMO 1:1 weekly to discuss strategic initiatives for cost reductions/ ways to improve marketing processes for better analytics and lead generation. Helped facilitate and enable team to lower run-rate by $2.5M* Provided financial rigor by preparing financial models that showed scenarios on ways to take OpEx out of facilities costs without removal of headcount. In restructuring the way employees parked and paid for parking, created $300k in savings.
