As the People & Culture Technology principle I was accountable as the primary engagement point and technology partner across Australia Post’s HR, People Experience, Enterprise Safety, and Communications business units. In this role i was primarily responsible for facilitating the alignment of business and technology domains & enterprise architectures roadmaps to enable successful strategic, commercial, and experience driven outcomes for our people, and strategic objectives.In this role i have mobilised a number of strategic initiatives, most recently the implementation of Australia Posts enterprise COVID-19 technology response, leading a team of functional specialist and vendors utilising an agile methodology to deliver critical capability needed to ensure the safety of our people during the peak of the pandemic.Designed & implemented the idea and project mobilisation framework to support the end-to-endpipeline from idea generation, delivery, and benefit realization strategic investments, comprising offeasibility and estimation services, with a focus on ensuring programs and projects are aligned totransformational objectives within the organisation.I was fortunate to partner with exceptional HR & people experience leaders in developing strategies across all of Australia Post's core people capability areas.As a leader in this space, i played a key role representing people experience strategies into our technology function, supporting the development of our workforce digital identity strategy, and employee digital experience strategies.
