I oversee data integration solutions for IBM Watson Health payer databases which are used by large employers for cost data analytics and population health. I work directly with data vendors to manage data transfers, develop ETL solutions to standardize data, and load data into relational databases.Additionally, I am a non-managerial member of the leadership team developing front line data mangers, creating novel data solutions, ensuring data integrity, and improving processes. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: ► Revived key partnership with Alight Solutions by improving underperforming product through clear documentation, new data testing methods, and overdue technical fixes. ► Reduced ETL implementation time 20% by streamlining code review process and moving critical testing upstream. IBM Watson Health (formerly Truven Health), Data Manager, 2010-2016At Truven, I oversaw data management for our Intel and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles accounts. I partenered cross-functionally with clients and data analysts to ensure data quality, integrate new data feeds, and deliver technical solutions. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:► Overhauled claim assignment system allowing client to securely share healthcare data across departments. ► Restored Intel relationship and earned Perfect Vendor Scorecard by researching quality issues and implementing new, durable and scalable data solutions. ► Oversaw 5 complex ETL platform migrations, including a highly technical 5-month migration for Boeing.

GfK SI has the world’s largest archive of consumer goods, which is used to help create relevant new products. I worked with the database team to create and maintain a comprehensive database of the collection and assisted other divisions with other tasks including providing support with consumer focus groups.

I oversaw an engineering study from concept through test to assess the effects of design variations on fatigue life of exhaust components. Additionally, I worked with advanced engineering software including HyperMesh and Nastran to model real world situations from CAD data to insure warranty cost minimization. This led to me applying for a patent for resonance-reduction stamping design, which allowed for material reductions and cost savings in production muffler.Finally, I worked in the test lab evaluating ware on actual physical components.
