I help people to thrive and reach their full potential using a variety of coaching, counselling and NLP techniques. I help clients to increase their self-confidence, work out what they really want, provide clarity and help them to set goals both personally and professionally. As well as 1-1 coaching I also run workshops on a range of topics including goal setting, confidence at work and building your business confidence for small business owners.Before I diversified into coaching, I ran a successful PR business for 18 years , also called Uniquethinking and specialising in the travel, retail and hospitality industries. I also co-own 3 restaurants in Newcastle, Blackfriars, Dobson & Parnell and Hinnies which are some of the best restaurants in the region.I believe that everyone should have access to a coach and I am a volunteer coach for Smart Works Newcastle, a charity which helps women get back into work through career coaching and interview clothes and am a volunteer counsellor and mentor for charities across the North East.
