I'm a Business and Mindset Coach and Counsellor based in Newcastle upon Tyne and clients to be more self-confident, happier and successful in their business and personal lives.As well as individual coaching and accountability sessions, I run a number of programmes and workshops based on increasing confidence in business and am also an Expert in Residence for the BIPC North East.I believe that everyone should have access to a coach and I am also volunteer coach for a charity called Smart Works Newcastle which helps unemployed women find employment with the support of coaching and interview clothes. I also volunteer with the Girls Network, providing mentoring for school girls across the North East.Prior to coaching, I ran a successful Uniquethinking PR for 18 years, specialising in in the travel, hospitality and retail sectors and was voted Best Small PR Agency of the Year by the CIPR.

I worked as Corporate Communications Manager for Trinity Mirror's North East titles including The Journal, Evening Chronicle, Sunday Sun and Evening Gazette, as well as specialist titles and online versions. My role in promoting the company was diverse and included a mix of internal and external communications such as devising sponsorship packages, trade PR, CSR strategy, event management, design of print material such as brochures. I also relaunched the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund which helps children with disabilities on Tyneside.

My role focused predominantly on promoting the venues to meetings planners and worked for the company at an exciting time as we launched the ICC, Symphony Hall and NIA in the centre of Birmingham.
