Steam , Condensate and Fuel-Oil piping with all equipments.6. Chilled water plants, Irrigation plant, Sewage treatment plants(STP) , RO plants.7. Review and co-ordinate all related discipline design drawings. 8. Familiar with codes, standards & specification of systems.9. Testing, adjusting& balancing progress.10. Start up and commissioning progress.11. Safety procedures & HES plans.12. Quantity take-off and material purchase orders for all above systems.13. Manage mechanical construction works, implement quality assurance and ensure compliance to mechanical design documents 14. Monitor the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents and the Procedures manual.15. Oversee the review and approval process for all mechanical technical submittals.16. Coordinate and supervise the work of all mechanical activities and operations.17. Raise claims related to mechanical works, Prepare recommendations for claims.18. Approval or rejection, Assist the QS team in negotiations with consultant regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules.19. Assist with the final inspection of the work. 20. Complete Control on men and materials at the site.6. Selecting equipments especially fans, filters, heaters, VAV,s & sound attenuators by software’s according to calculations & specifications.
