 Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Workforce Planning: Collaborating with other departments to forecast staffing needs, conducting talent assessments, and implementing succession planning. Recruitment and Selection: Overseeing the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and coordinating employee development initiatives. Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention.

-Developed the skill of liasoning with government stakeholders through working close int urban Governance.-Assisting and learning various Administrative tasks and attended various launches of Report Cards and White Papers of Elected Representatives and also contributed in making the administrative structure stronger through weekly feedbacks to reporting supervisor through presentations. -Visited various Health Institutions for Data Collection and also took lead in workshops with the Praja’s CB team.

- Practiced different skills of social work such as community work, group work, casework in an Urban Slum, settled on an open drainage. For example: Children from the slums were not allowed to enter or play inside neighborhood community park but after meeting with the community leader I was able to convince them to let our children from slums to utilize the given facilities just as equally as any other child from the society. -Practiced the skills of rapport building with the community and developed Yuva Samiti and facilitated the team to participate in Inter agency meet of Jamia Millia Islamia (Social Work Dept.).
