Operations Manager
CurrentLexico leverages leading strategy, assessment, and roadmapping capabilities, and an extensive partner network to help clients align and optimize customer experience, digital and technology transformations for better business outcomes.As "air traffic control" for this fast growing consulting practice, I enable all major business function, partnering with functional leaders in the following areas to track, support, and shepherd internal projects from inception to execution. Service Delivery:• Proactively manage project budgets, lifecycles, and advisor allocation; oversee end-to-end contract and statement of work processes; monitor project financials and burn rates; manage onboarding, project timelines, and engagement retrospectives; provide project contract and financial tracking to clients.Growth:• In support of the VP, Growth, implement sales processes and CRM platform and ensure optimization for all stakeholders, ; support developments of strategic partnerships, and processes for government contracting & RFP responses.Talent & Culture:• Collaborate on onboarding, referral program, and team engagement initiatives; facilitate regular team engagement opportunities.Finance & Accounting:• Design and manage accounting processes; oversee invoicing, accounts payable and receivable; serve as the main contact for accounting inquiries.Admin:• Manage team wide scheduling and calendars; monitor executives inboxes and LinkedIn for actions; lead renewal of certifications, insurance policies, audits, and licenses; coordinate special events and provide support for co-founders' commitments and special projects (ancillary boards & committee work).I also provide oversight & management to an Operations Coordinator to support the growing and evolving needs of the business. My goal is to continuously implement best practices and enhance operational processes while providing thoughtful care for our team, partners and clients.
