I founded a 20+ member team of senior consultants which specializes in enterprise and solution architecture, health technologies and security solutions and work as its team lead in addition my consulting role.During 2023 I was a part of Solita Generative AI Task Force where I took part in developing AI related technology solutions, Generative AI offering and sales support.

I founded a Solita Mobile Development team and worked as its team lead. Together with the team we started up successful mobile solution offering and developed world-class award-winning mobile solutions such as Koronavilkku which had one million active user in 24 hours after its publication and was eventually installed by one third of Finnish population, and Lahjoita Puhetta which together with national advertising campaign collected thousands of hours of speech samples for AI development.

I worked in large scale projects as a senior consultant. The were varied: UX and technology consultancy, service and concept design, workshop facilitation, hands-on design, etc. Clients included large Finnish and international companies and organizations such as Finnair, where I was a concept lead in design of their web presence, multiple Sanoma magazines and Lähitapiola insurance. During the years, this employer has also been known as Logica, LogicaCMG and WM-data.

The painful reality check of dotcom bubble burst in the beginning of 2000s didn't kill the profession but instead paved the road for more mature IT business we are in now.
