Currently, I am a part of the Litigation Team at S. Majumdar & Co. in its New Delhi office and is involved in contentious proceedings in all forms of IP and before various fora. Aside of contentious matters, I also assist the prosecution team in drafting of Appeals against the Orders of Registrar or Controller,as the case may be.

At Sim and San, I was part of the Patent Contentious team. My responsibilities primarily included:Drafting of Plaint, Written Statement, Replication, Writ Petitions and other pleadings to be filed before various Courts across New Delhi;Drafting of Revocation Petition, Pre-Grant Representation, Written Statement, Post-Grant representations, amongst others, to be filed before the Patent office and IPAB;Briefing and assisting Senior Advocates before various courts and Tribunals;Arguing matters primarily before the Delhi High Court, Patent offices and the IPAB.

Joined Sai Deepak Sir's chamber as an intern to learn and pivot my career towards litigation. Assisted Sir in various matters before the Delhi High Court. I was also fortunate enough to assist Sir in preparing Evidence Affidavits in an SEP infringement suit before the Delhi High Court.

Conducted prior art searches of proposed inventions.Analysed for patentability of proposed inventions. Replied to First examination reports. Assisted attorneys in an ongoing patent hearing.
