Boutique Digital Performance Agency for companies to be in front line of the digitalization. These were the years when my skills in eCommerce, Online Advertising & Marketing/Sales Automation skyrocketed.Rebranded as Eeco in 2020, acquired by Fonecta in 2022.

The company raised some seed money and our mission was to launch the platform, start generating some sales and increase cash flow. My job was to build the sales and marketing team and trying to launch a new social media + intranet platform in Finland. To be honest, it started well but then the whole company changed the idea of the platform, business model etc and some people (including me) left the company. That was one of the best learning positions I've ever had.

One year as a soldier was a great time to learn about Deep Leadership -method and military culture. My job was to execute the half-year & one-year training programs for servicemen and assist Senior Officers with planning.
