I love meeting people where they are and helping them see their potential, so much so I went back to school for it! I recently received my Master's of Organizational Leadership with a focus in Human Resource Development. I have experience in HRIS implementation, payroll administration, talent acquisition, recruitment, training, and onboarding in both public and private sectors. `I am driven by my passion of bringing inclusion, opportunity, and positive culture into the workplace; here are some career highlights achieved with incredible teams:-Provided comfort and security to seniors throughout the COVID-19 pandemic when families were separated due to quarantine-Collaboratively worked to bring over 3,000 COVID-19 vaccines to senior citizens and healthcare employees in 2021, which we later found out our clinic was one of the first large COVID-19 vaccine clinics in the state! -Oversaw the Infection Control Management System for those 3,000 vaccines and 1,500 individuals-Meeting people where they are and advocating for them-inspiring 1,400+ students to volunteer in their community and understand one person CAN make a differenceHere's some personal project highlights:-Having the opportunity to live along side families who have a child with a critical/terminal condition, learning about inclusivity and the power of COMMUNITY -Helping children with ASD build confidence disguised as Basketball and Soccer drills -Visiting with children in hospitals, doing various activities to help build their confidence and give them the power of CHOICE when so many choices are made for them-Teaching young adults outdoor skills, removing the scary "what ifs" about life on the trailAvid traveler, risk taker, and advocate. Known as "Sunbeam" on the trails.
