• Ensure defects are entered in the system and track progress and monitor through to resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and clarifications.
• Participate in all project SCRUM meetings (Planning sessions, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Reviews).
• Review of the development team QA bugs to ensure the fixes are retested successfully
• Provide the Team with timely and accurate Test status and progress during all project testing phases

• Experience in testing Web-based applications and services, Cloud -based applications and in-house developed software which include casino gaming & ATM/POS interface software.
• Accountable for various phases of testing for projects including User Acceptance, Compliance, Functional, Regression, Performance and Black Box Testing in order to meet Casino gaming and banking regulations.
• Perform Mobile application testing on IOS and Android platforms.
• Create and design test plans and test cases.
• Ensure all projects and releases meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Experience in testing both front-end (GUI) and back-end (Database query) applications.

• Information Technology and Technical Support Services:
• Analyze internal and external client issues relating to technical support, and provide solutions by identifying problems, sourcing answers and guiding clients through corrective steps
