My role as Chief of Staff / CFO at Systra allowed me to help chart the financial and operational course of the company while ensuring that we have the people, processes, and partnerships to create organic values. My overall scope was to create and lead the Finance, HR, logistic and GRO departments in order to create shared services to support the business lines across the different locations in kingdom. * Leading the Finance control for the Joint Venture Thales / SAMY from Tax & Treasury, Corporate Development, IT/IS, administration and supply chain management. * Supporting financial targets, Long Range Plan and Budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the Board members and chairmen.* Manage the company’s policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions.

Leading the overall consolidation of Thales KSA in terms of reporting, financial tools and controlling.

- Providing performance analysis, budget follow up, cost analysis and reconciliation analysis between local distributor systems and Sanofi-Pasteur systems.- Ensuring both Account receivables & payables- Key contact between local distributors and the HQ for the closing periods (Accruals, sales adjustments).- Opex analysis and sales forecasts (long range plan)- Financial analysis on P&L lines - developing accurate and enhancing the reporting (Opex, budget, headcount, monthly statements)
